ELASGREEN is a mastic polymer dispersion waterproofing material consisting of an aqueous dispersion in which pigments, fillers and functional additives are evenly distributed. The mastic is single-component and ready for use. The material is water-based and contains no organic solvents that make it ecologically safe and nontoxic, fireproof, has thixotropic properties that makes it applicable for vertical surfaces. The waterproofing is applied to the surface of any complexity as well as to hard-to-reach places, it has high adhesion to the insulated surfaces: metal, concrete, brick, plaster, glass, plastic, slate, wood, bitumen, roll-up bitumen materials, sandwich panels. Elasgreen has water resistance, increased strength under mechanical stress, has excellent elasticity, which makes it tensile strength, has low water absorption. The material is also heat resistant, which makes it unchanged at elevated temperatures and is flexible at negative temperatures, and it is chemically resistant to alkalis and acids. The coating is able to reflect radiant energy, is resistant to UV rays and inhibits the development of fungus and mould.
Consumption of Elasgreen depends on the application method
Brush, trowel – 1,2 kg/m2
Airless spraying equipment 1,4 kg/m2
Packaging: 5kg, 10kg and 20kg.
Colour: white, tinting is possible.
Delivery terms: self-delivery in Borovlyany, 4B Logoyskaya str.
Delivery in Belarus – by the tariffs of the transport company.
Waterproofing work can be carried out at ambient temperatures of at least +5ºC and humidity of no more than 65%
Before application, the material should be thoroughly mixed using a drill with a stirring speed of up to 500 rpm.
Elasgreen should be thinned with up to 10 % water prior to application, depending on weather conditions and application method.
The consistency of the ready to use material should resemble the consistency of sour cream.
Before applying ELASGREEN, the surface must be cleaned of debris, dirt, dust, oil stains and, if necessary, washed and dried. Concrete surfaces must be free of any unevenness in the form of lapping and particles of concrete aggregate, and the low-strength film of cement mortar must be washed away.
Special attention shall be paid to the treatment of pits, corners and joints. They must be sealed with cement mortar or other materials.
After cleaning, the surface must be dedusted using compressed air or other suitable means before the material is applied. If necessary, the surface should be primed.
New concrete surfaces must be cured within 14 days.
Surfaces must be dry and must remain dry for at least 48 hours prior to application of ELASGREEN Waterproofing Material.
It is recommended to apply the material with a brush, trowel or airless spray gun.
Brush or trowel can be used to apply the coating on small areas or areas with complex configurations. The brush should be dampened with water before the first application. Subsequently, during application, periodically moisten the brush with water to ensure an even finish.
Large surfaces should preferably be treated with an airless spray gun with an optimum nozzle diameter for spraying highly viscous materials. If necessary, dilute with water as described above.
The material consumption is 1.2 kg per 1m² and can be increased by 10-15% if applied mechanically.
One technological layer is (0.5 ± 0.1) mm. The mastic is applied in two layers.
Each subsequent layer is applied in a direction perpendicular to the previous layer only after the previous one has dried.
The quality of the coating is checked visually and the coating thickness must be at least 1 mm.
